Frequently asked questions

Honest answers about how we actually build.

Her Digital Media is more than a web design service. We combine real software engineering, strategy, and ongoing support to build digital systems that work, not just websites that look nice. Below are the questions we’re asked most, answered the way we’d explain them to a friend.

approach

Our approach

How we build, why it matters, and what makes us different.

No, we do not simply drop your business into a basic template and call it finished.

We are not a template reseller, a white-label CRM agency, or a SaaS reseller. We do not clone the same dashboard between clients. Every system we build is custom-engineered by a real software engineer and architected around your specific business operations.

Her Digital Media builds websites with a custom approach. We may use AI tools to help speed up parts of the planning, content structure, layout ideas, or workflow process, but the work is still reviewed, customized, adjusted, and manually built by a real software engineer.

That means your website is not just copied and pasted. We look at your business, your goals, your customers, and the systems you need. Then we build around that.

AI can help move faster, but it cannot replace real coding knowledge, problem-solving, debugging, or knowing how to fix things when something breaks. That is where having a real software engineer matters.
